Share Your Vision

Once you’ve had a look through the brochure, send me over as much or as little as you know so far. You might already have a clear vision, or you might only know your wedding colours and have a Pinterest board full of ideas, and that’s absolutely fine.

It really helps if you can include:

• The invitation style you love
• Approximate guest numbers
• Any matching stationery or signage you’d like
• Inspiration photos
• Your venue, colour palette or wedding style
• Any bespoke details you’d love to include, such as a venue illustration, pet portrait or custom monogram

No idea is too big or too small, and if you’re unsure about anything, I’ll happily help you figure it all out.

A Quote Created Just for You

Using the information you’ve sent, I’ll prepare a quotation tailored specifically to your wedding.

The prices within my brochure are there as a guide, as every wedding is completely different. The style you choose, the finishes, quantities and little luxury details all influence the final price.

If you’re choosing multiple pieces, such as invitations, signage, menus or place cards, I’ll always look at the overall package and where possible include a little bundle saving.

Once you decide to book, your quotation is locked in, giving you peace of mind that your pricing won’t change before your wedding day.

Booking Your Date

When you’re happy to go ahead, a 50% booking fee secures your place in my diary.

From that point on, your wedding stationery officially becomes one less thing to worry about, and we can start bringing your ideas to life.

Bringing Your Design to Life

This is where your ideas start becoming reality.

Using everything we’ve discussed, I’ll design your stationery from scratch and send you a digital proof to review. We’ll work together to make any changes until you’re completely happy before anything is sent to print.

Crafted & Printed

Once you’ve approved your final artwork, your stationery moves into production.

From premium textured cardstock and elegant foiling to silk ribbons, vellum wraps and wax seals, every detail is carefully produced and quality checked before leaving my studio.

Once your artwork is approved, your invitations are usually ready within two weeks.

Ready for Your Big Day

Once everything is complete, your stationery will either be ready for collection or carefully packaged and delivered to you.

There’s nothing better than seeing everything come together and knowing your guests are about to receive the first glimpse of your wedding day.

Completing the Look

Your invitations are only the beginning.

If you’d like everything to flow beautifully throughout your day, I can also create coordinating welcome signs, seating plans, table plans, menus, place cards, order of service booklets and all the little finishing touches that make your wedding feel beautifully put together.
