Yes.

To secure your booking, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit before any design work begins.

This secures your place in my diary and covers the initial design process.

The remaining balance is due once you’ve approved your final artwork and before your stationery goes to print.

Unfortunately, I can’t send anything for printing until the balance has been paid in full

I take great care when designing every order, but I also ask all couples to carefully proofread every proof before giving final approval.

Nothing is printed until you’ve confirmed you’re completely happy with everything by email or WhatsApp.

Once final approval has been given, I can’t accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, dates or other information that was approved before printing.

Quality is incredibly important to me.

In the unlikely event that your stationery arrives with a manufacturing or print fault, I’ll replace the affected items free of charge.
